Unfortunately things have gone downhill a bit in the last couple years. Some of the best teachers have left, some of the current teachers really not up to par. Complaints to school administration are met with tepid responses. Their wonderful parent coordinator passed away last year and that leaves a gap that simply cannot be repaired, she was the glue holding many things together. Mostly white teachers with mostly BIPOC students. I would think twice about sending a neurodiverse student here too. They will continue to score well on exams because they teach aggressively for that but my kids experience of school this tear has been a disappointment. Counseling and psychology are good but not good enough to make up for the very low emotional intelligence of some of the teachers.

Incredible new inclusive public elementary school. Dedicated and engaged staff focused on helping each child develop in small diverse classes with a low student-to-teacher ratio. Modern research-backed curriculum that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and incorporates student-led and project-based learning. Beautiful new building with excellent facilities. Active parent involvement and community partnerships.
