We have two children who have attended C.T. Sewell and they love it. They are now in 3rd and 5th grade-- their teachers are dedicated and professional, and they come home with new knowledge every day. They are also learning about diversity--there are kids of all backgrounds, including special educat

Posted by a parent on 8/15/2025I’ve been to this school for a year and it absolutely sucked. Fights would go on every month or so and tons of kids would get bullied for clothing or style. I was bullied for a while there. School lunch was horrible. One time a kid got a moldy grape and they would give us stuff like potatoes that lo
Posted by a community member on 8/20/2023Horrible and horrendous. The staff needs retraining and or replaced. Special needs kids go here, my daughter included. Multiple times now the lack of communication is stunning. Today, our daughter who is autistic comes home on the bus, plays for a few hours and then randomly tells us there is a piec
Posted by a parent on 2/17/2023Absolutely horrible. Horrible staff, other than a few teachers, horrible office staff (they don’t have a clue what they’re doing what so ever and lie continuously just to get you out of their face) the school is just complete garbage and I would not suggest enrolling your child in this school. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am writing this review to point out the inaccuracy of the great schools rating. It says the student ratio is low, but I just subbed a class here with 36 5th grade students. Apparently budget cuts have led to increased class sizes. Considering the class size and the number of disruptive students, the students trying to learn had no chance. I would never put my child in a classroom like this. I’d go back to homeschooling. The staff and teachers are supportive and wonderful, so I’m not criticizing the school itself, but I just want people looking at great schools ratings to realize how inaccurate the information is so they can make an informed decision regarding their child’s education.Other Review1mo ago - Lake Mead Christian Academy
