Lincoln Elementary School

I recently graduated from this school, and my experience was HORRIBLE. I attended that school since Kindergarten, and I always had to deal with rude students, rude teachers, and rude staff. Not to mention, one of the ELA teachers treated me like she had something against me. For example, throughout most of my 8th grade year, she NEVER said my name. I absolutely HATED going here and so will your children. I could go all day talking about how bad this school is. Like oh my GOD, the amount of built up anger I had while walking through those hallways. OH, and there is more! The teachers pick favorites, and they make no effort to hide it. The principal seemed to have something against me as well. There is still so much I could say, I am so glad that I graduated. FINALLY. And the school is dirty! They have rats and roaches!

i wouldnt reccomend this school if you have other options there is not one day a fight doesnt break out, especially with the current 5th grade the whole school knows how terrible they act they cant even have physycal education anymore. Some of the staff are saying profanity around and at the students and contradicting themselfs giving out chewing gum and then giving the studests detention for chewing gum

My daughter has learned an incredible amount during her time at Marshall. In kindergarten, her reading skills improved significantly and she's getting a great math foundation. She loves the way play has been incorporated into the curriculum. The teachers seem to really care about the students and work hard to make sure they are getting what they need. The specialists: art, library, music and PE seem to be very good as well.

I called for information on how to transfer my son out of the school since I moved out of the district and the Mr Walker who’s the principal was very nasty on the phone. He refuse to help me and made me feel less of a mother because my son went to charter school instead. I’m happy my son won’t be attending this school because I can only imagine the way he speak to the children, parents and staff. He don’t need to be working in that environment maybe he should get another profession where he don’t have to deal with people. Sorry for my rant but my first encounter was horrible.
