Richardson is an amazing school with top-notch teachers. The principal is fair, kind, and approachable. Our kiddos have excelled academically, socially and emotionally because of the support they receive here.

We've only been at this school for kindergarten thus far but I am very impressed. The teacher, front office staff, playground attendants, nurse, janitor, librarian, pta, principal and art teacher have all made a good impression on us. Wonderful staff. There is a lot of pressure on parents to stay on track and keep the kids practicing what they've learned at home. It's a good thing. Kept me in line! Very small school so you really get to know everyone. Lots of rewards and extra stuff for the kids to enjoy that keeps them enthusiastic for meeting goals. Love the positive reinforcement.

The reviews on this school are very old. I just wanted to add a current, and positive, one, as I’m surprised by this school’s rating. We love Meadowlane! The teachers are kind and engaged - we see the principal on bus duty greeting the kids every day. There are lots of fun activities and themes, lots of focus on kindness and good citizenship in the curriculum. My son is an energetic boy that struggles to sit still and can be a handful (!) and he is thriving. The atmosphere and focus of this school is warm and welcoming, diverse and wonderful. Please don’t listen to these outdated reviews.

This schools amazing some of the staff are strict but other wise amazing school love it .

We moved here three years ago. Both of our daughters have attended Underwood for three years. This has been an excellent school for them. We would highly recommend Underwood Elementary.

Consistent practice to take away recess minutes for the entire grade based on a small group of children’s actions.

This school provides excellent service to the community, through good partnering with various agencies to keep children safe.

Teachers bully students, no homework, Fridays are movie and pizza. not a lot of learning going on and students are behind but continue to be progressed to the next grade level. Students yell and scream then strip off clothes and twerk . this place should be investigated and shut down.
