Posted by a community member on 7/8/2025We had an awful experience at this school. The administration and principal aren't able to properly run the school and have made many poor choices. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a good school through 8th grade.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had 2 kids in Moreland and have had zero issues with teachers or the school. The School is inclusive and my kids (one of whom hates school) love the community. Moreland's Teachers care so much about their students and their learning. Principal would greet students outside every morning, very personable, and they had Friday walkathons where students and parents would walk laps around the school before school. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience here has been nothing but negative. They did not do anything for my child being bullied. They don't let you know, and they have not notified me in the past. The principal is hard to get a hold of. Pick up is difficult. All it has to offer is a pool, and free Ipad. The children here swear, and cuss, pick on other children and there's nothing but a blind eye turned to it. The teacher he had did not push him to learn.
