Ave Maria Academy

We have had two kids at Weaver Lake and have had an amazing experience. Our first is just graduating 5th grade after being their since kindergarten, and our second is now in 2nd grade after starting in Pre-K with the 4-star program. The staff has been overwhelmingly amazing, engaged, and warm toward my students and our whole family. The STEM programming and value-added projects add such depth and overall excitement to the curriculum. Most teachers are constantly working on SEL skills in the early grades. The library/media center and media center specialist are AMAZING. The student diversity is decent for a Maple Grove area school. The school is well supported by the PTO and family engagement is valued. We have loved our time at Weaver Lake Elementary!

Oak View Elementary is such a great school. The teachers are amazing (some have even been nominated for best teacher!) and the staff is so welcoming. It feels like a real community where everyone knows your kids and looks out for them. The building and classrooms are awesome too. Our kids love going to Oak View and we feel lucky to be part of it.

Good school. I feel like the Special Ed staff can do a better job in some ways, however. But overall, good school

This school is amazing. I've had three kids go here from four star on and they have thrived. So many opportunities and events. Great staff, volunteers, and PTO.

While it clearly needs more ethnic diversity, the school has an excellent learning atmosphere. It is perfect for pursuing Foreign Language, English, Math and Computer Science, or Athletics. Heritage is one of the best choices that you could make. A lot of opportunities present themselves here.

I am so thankful for this school! Every area of this school's offerings is focused on developing the best version of your child whom God has created. Academically, the test scores and capabilities of the students are extraordinary. Plus, they learn and develop the abilities to synthesize concepts, defend beliefs, and mature with values, convictions, respect, and principles. The opportunities to participate, excel, and even dream are offered to everyone! The teachers work incredibly hard across every discipline. You do not come to this school to "buy grades". You come to experience every aspect of growing from a child to an early adult. Our children transferred in MS and/or HS. The student body was welcoming and inclusive in both High School/Middle School. Providence placed them academically where they would be challenged yet confident. We never have to worry about what they are being taught in content, delivery, or implication. What a priceless school!

Absolutely amazing school! It's not often you find a school where all the teachers and staff truly care about each student as an indivual. Our education system leaves most schools flawed by their focus on only test scores. There is much more to education than that and this school gets it. They teach about communication, emotional intelligence, and community in addition to using effective methods and partnerships for the classroom education.

I live across the road and have sold many homes in the Wild Meadows community, I just wish this was built before when my kids were in elementary still, cute little path under the bridge for the kids to bike to school and many of our favotrite teachers from greenwood went here.
