The school is about 15-20 minutes away from where we live and it's well worth the drive every day. Our child has a disability and our home district has extremely limited resources for special education. Since attending this year, our child has increased reading and math skills and is completing social and academic activities that we previously didn't know were possible. I believe this is due to the tremendous support from the dedicated staff and resources allocated to Lafayette. The teachers have been wonderful and we noticed right away the difference in attitudes promoting empathy and inclusion. Our experience this year has been outstanding and we plan on continuing with Lafayette and the Lincoln Park school district.
