Deberían de poner personas jóvenes como maestros en kinder garden tal ves así les hacen graduación a los niños los motivan y no están todos amargados que los niños no quieren ir q la escuela porque la maestra les grita por el ruido, en todas las escuelas hacen graduación menos en esta según por el C
Posted by a parent on 6/23/2022I think the school teachers, the special ed teachers are great but the school looks terrible and most of the kids who go here are terrible and a lot of the parents don't do anything to try to help and break rules too. The school is too big. It is like a highschool and there are a lot of outside

They do not allow participation in Take A Child To Work Day, but rather schedule standardized testing for the past 2 years on this day which has been the same day for the past two decades. They do not care about the grades the kids get and they are incompetent. I rate this school a zero. I have never in my life experienced facility that doesn't care

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is autistic and just had his 1st year here. He is going into 1st grade. He did PK3 & PK4 at 2 other schools before this. In PK3 he was in a special ed class. In PK4 he was in an inclusive classroom, but it wasn't well resourced. Now that he's at Lamont, he has teachers who love him, resources from the school, parents who show up for events & support when things need to get done. He has an IEP and at his meeting there were so many staff there for support, it felt like they actually cared about our child, which isn't what we've experienced st the other schools. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm extremely disappointed with the bus service at Paint Branch Elementary. The timing is consistently terrible – my pre-K child's bus arrives around 5 PM, even though school ends at 3 PM. What's worse, one day the bus actually took my child back to the school, and they were there until 5:30 PM with only the janitor present. While I'm not accusing the janitor of anything, the fact that there was no staff supervising my five-year-old is unacceptable.
