Haugan is an exemplary school where students are truly accepted and inspired to become life-long learners. I truly believe that the leaders at Haugan put kids first. Each teacher promotes so much student engagement and a true ownership of their learning. The classroom communities are fostering well-rounded students who embrace learning, each other and the world around them.

Worst school to send your child too no rules at all behavior is all over the place the school is not teaching kids in a level they should be my kid gets hit left and right nothing is done . Principle can never speak she’s always “at a meeting” I’ve tried to get a parent congress with other parents can’t and only one ESL class insane

great school! I have been here twice for preschool and once last year for an event, this school has definitely gotten better and it's pretty underrated in my opinion.

The staff has terrible communication with the parents.The principal reads the emails but never responds, I have tried to communicate with Eduardo Yanez, but it is easier to have an appointment with President Biden than with this school director.

The school is good at the younger levels, but woefully inadequate for grades 2 and up. My 5th grader gets 20 minutes of history PER WEEK. He gets even less science.They claim to have a student-led philosophy, but my son specifically asked teachers for instruction in grammar, science, and math, and was not given any instruction more than 80% of the time.When they've taken standardized tests, all of the other students are at least one grade level behind in math. My son is the exception, because we send him for outside instruction in math.
