Kindergarten teacher resigned midyear because her classroom was unsafe and kids were getting hurt and principal wasn't addressing it. Posted by a parent on 11/10/2021I have been a teacher, parent, and community member with Holden School. I feel that the quality of education has greatly decreased over the past seven years. Special education students do not receive their required minutes.

The school environment is warm and empathetic, and my son's teacher is communicative and responsive to my questions and concerns. My kiddo clearly feels safe and comfortable at school and looks forward to the school day. The school's academic performance metrics have improved significantly under Principal Chuu's leadership, and she has secured significant resources to fund brand new STEM labs that are used by all grade levels. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two boys at St. Jerome, going into 5th and 2nd. This is our second year and I am VERY happy with the school. Academically, I feel they are really being challenged. I am a big fan of the curriculum-they teach the common sense, fundamentals that kids need without all the nonsense public schools are teaching these days.
