The principal leads by example, knowing each child and treating them like her own. This personal approach sets the tone for the entire school community, fostering trust and a sense of belonging among students.

Amazing teachers, amazing dual language Spanish program and perhaps one of the most impressive principles I’ve ever met. Families are super involved and we’ve been very lucky to have such a close community to build our life around. The principal is unresponsive and lacks accountability, and several teachers show little engagement or follow-through. Concerns are routinely delayed or ignored, and students do not receive the support they need. It’s concerning that even the principal’s own children attend other schools, which raises questions about confidence in the environment he leads. Leadership sets the tone, and here it is failing families and children. I find the extracurricular groups to be excellent. Things will continue to improve as long as we all work together as a team. They practice restorative discussions but chronic behaviors and violent behaviors are done by the same students. Students who are continually out of control and are black are not receiving consequences based on their actions but on their race and continue to abuse.it is about policy and not being just. It is about appearing great on paper but it is not truthful because a lot has not been disclosed. When you walk in the building the kids are everywhere. They are disrespectful to each other, to the staff as well. It looks like chaos. Administration just does not take initiating and let the teacher care thr burden of handling It all.
