Read what parents are saying about Thomas Middle SchoolMy daughter was hit in the head with a lacrosse ball in gym. Kate Renno refused to send her to the nurse even though she could not hear. I did not find out from the school but learned from my daughter at the end of school. We brought my daughter to the doctor and she said she should have been sent immediately to the nurse because she could have had a concussion. Absolutely unsafe.

Posted by a student on 3/21/2018The school is so good. The teachers and staff treat you like family and evreyone is allways happy there. The teachers have an excellent skills in helping others out and teaching the students by the way they learn best.

I noticed some of the information on this page for the school is dated, like the director of the school is no longer Judith Pappa. The academics in middle school were not as rigorous or as high as what our children were accustomed to in their previous school. They did not have any advanced learning options and the one teacher/assistant principal who seemed to really have it together resigned in October. The rest of the administration and staff did not seem to have it together and we did not feel comfortable having our children there. There seemed to be a lot of internal strife and there wasn't much stability. We knew in February that this was not a school we wanted to have a long term relationship with.
