Trickum Middle School

I've had two children graduate from Trickum, and I would recommend this middle school. Students perform well academically and it's incredibly diverse, which offers a rich experience for all students. Of course there are challenges, but every middle school in the US has similar challenges. Teachers are involved as is school leadership. Lots of extracurricular options for students to learn and grow.

great school with many activities. Many resources for tutoring as well with most teachers.

We moved from out of state about 5 years ago and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at Trickum. We now have our youngest child starting as a 6th grader so have had three children go through the school.

Esta escuela es pésima mis hijos an bibido mucho acoso rrasismo calumnias y muchas beses busque alluda consejera para mi hijo ya que es al que más se le dificulta lidiar con este tipo de gente la cual me la negaron siempre ya que mucha beses desean que mi hijo era hondureño en noviembre les quise aclarar que mi hijo era ciudadano americano ya que pensé que talbes por su equivocación le negaban el consejero en lo que la intérprete me responde el no lo es pero usted si y el es así por su cultura empezaron a calumnias y acoso Asia mi persona la principal dijo que padres de familia le enviaban fotos donde mi hojo y otro niño aparecen asiendo algo no acto a su edad y que yo aparezco como si nada le dije saben que el acoso y calumnias ya me enfado y quiero pruebas de lo que disen porque es total mentira asta oy no me dieron pruebas lo único que an echo es tomar represarías el acoso continuo peor mi hijo por sentirse querido se ponía aser las tareas de otros niño y dejaba de aser las de el asi que va bajo en todo cosa que el es un chico muy interesante todo lo que sufrimos los padres con este tipo de personal y paresel no le interesa a nadie se tapan entre ellos nadie tiene tiempo para ablar con uno y cuando ablandó es para poner queja del resultado de su rasismo acoso son egosentricos no te dejan ablar y manipuladores quieren que a toda costa tu hijo diga que si a lo que no ase el rrasismo ase ver las cosas que no son como si fueran y aser una cosas grandes no existe la solución ni el acuerdo ni nada que tenga que ver con la pas con personas que practican tales cosas

They had a slow registration process to where my daughter started a week late. When she got her classes she got no help navigating to her classes. Getting stomach aches from nerves because no one was helpful while she was there. No help navigating the online classes and when she asked was told “you learned this last year” this was her first year there. Got calls and emails from the nurse stating that her shots weren't up to date. Which they had to be registered. Constantly harassing her father and I about them hourly on updates for them. Coming to find out this year that she didn't need updating. Horrible nurse in my opinion not being able to read. Do not recommend this school at all.
