It is everything my daughter has needed from the small classrooms, to the caring teachers to the amazing principal, Dr. Julie Broom. The after school care program is called Extended

When my daughter attended this school, I repeatedly asked about gifted testing because she was showing early reading and math skills far beyond grade level. I was told she wasn’t showing gifted ability because she was “having trouble adjusting.”After transferring schools, she was assessed and scored in the 99th percentile overall, performing above grade level in phonics, phonological awareness, and high-frequency words. These results confirmed exactly what I’d seen all along.A child can struggle to adjust and still be gifted. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.
