I wanted to share our experience because it might help other parents of advanced learners. When my daughter attended this school, I repeatedly asked about gifted testing because she was showing early reading and math skills far beyond grade level. I was told she wasn’t showing gifted ability because she was “having trouble adjusting.”After transferring schools, she was assessed and scored in the 99th percentile overall, performing above grade level in phonics, phonological awareness, and high-frequency words. These results confirmed exactly what I’d seen all along.A child can struggle to adjust and still be gifted. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive. I hope the school takes situations like this as a reminder to look deeper before dismissing a parent’s concerns — some kids just need understanding, not limits.

My kids love it here and always finds the learning engaging

Our family has had a wonderful experience at St. John Neumann Regional Catholic School. What stands out most is how well the teachers and staff know and care about the individual students. It truly feels like a community where children are seen, supported, and encouraged to grow both academically and personally.We appreciate the strong academics, the emphasis on faith and character, and the many opportunities for students to get involved beyond the classroom. The teachers are dedicated, and we have always felt that our children are genuinely cared for.We are very grateful to be part of the St. John Neumann community and would highly recommend the school to families looking for a strong academic and faith-based education.

I have been a part of Killian Hill Christian School for almost twenty-five years. The families, the students, the faculty, and the staff are like a family. The teachers care about student learning and make sure the students have what they need for success. The teachers are dedicated to the students and genuinely want them to learn.
