4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students and teachers deserve a more joyous environment. The current atmosphere created by the sitting principal is punitive and very condescending. Parental involvement would also increase if the principal created a more welcoming environment. The only thing Sherwood is worried about is competing with Lakewood and making an A. Focus on the students and your great staff and you may achieve that status. I have had 3 children in this school over the past 10 years and all 3 are extremely bullied to the point of having to leave before other kids so they don’t get “jumped”. My kindergartner came home with a busted lip the second week of school. The admins at this school are a joke.
