I had high hopes and was not a good experience.

Kids come from all areas of the county and socioeconomic levels. The faculty is outstanding in supporting kids with strong curriculum goals and low tolerance for misbeh

The curriculum presented to a kindergarten student is outrageous and creates a substantial amount of pressure on a 5 or 6 year old child. Their “behavior” policy is ridiculous and does not allow kids to be kids.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love River Road Elementary the staff, the teachers, the assistant principal and the principal everyone is just wonderful in that school. Today was the first day of school and all the staff and teachers were just lined up at the doors and the hallways to welcome the students back it was just so beautiful and respectful. Their special education, safety, and family engagement are shameful!! They speak on TODDLERS as if they’re grown adults, and they are anything but understanding.
