The principal truly has no interpersonal skills, and does not know how to to effectively communicate with staff, teachers, or parents. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started at Morningside in Kindergarten. He is now finishing his 5th grade year here. My daughter is finishing 1st grade after starting in their Role Model program at age 3. Overall, we have had a great experience here. My kids have loved all of their teachers, they have enjoyed many fun activities put on by the PTSA and the teachers and they've been able to take advantage of some really wonderful after school activities. There is a surprising amount of affordable and fun after school activities here for it being a public school. We have made some very close friends through the years at Morningside. There is a strong community of parents who really care about making the elementary and middle school experience here a good one for the kids who attend. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible fourth grade Math teacher lack of passion for students learning, homework is done at home therefore homework scores and assignments must return home for parents or guardian to assess , motivate and encourage . That way home can verify graded results. Even if the assignment is done right teacher marks it wrong. My child was marked F from the beginning of school quarter child is Still F. The staff are extremely nice and the teachers really care about the student's academic success. My children are a testament to that since they only get A's and B's on their report cards.Above all, they teach students how to have a relationship with Christ and to make Him first in their life.
