Read what parents are saying about Griffin Elementary SchoolThe school line is ridiculous , people love to skip the line because the assistant principal said it’s okay. Tired of kindergarten line skipping everyone.. I get there at 230 do you think I like seating on the line for my health.. I had a kindergarten child who went there and I had to go all the way to the back of the line. What makes that one parent special that she can skip the line .. smh.

Posted by a parent on 12/16/2022My son has gone through so many different teachers in only one year. Front desk receptionist (red head) has a very bad attitude. I come from Hillsborough County there we are allowed to walk out children to class, and call in if they will not be able to make it in to school that day that is not the case with this school. Absences and entering in late to class are never excused for my son. Doesn't matter if it is a dentist apt, or any kind of car trouble. Also as far as I know there is no playground for the kids above Kinder, and the kids never go on any field trips. This school has many issues. I cannot wait to take my son out of this school.

My son was behind on Reading and he was almost going to stay back and the first grade teachers and the programs the school had all put effort into my son during school hours to get him caught up. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son studied in ESE from first grade to 5th grade at NE Roberts and his teachers were wonderful, especially Miss Graham and Miss Bruzek. Our daughter is now in 4th grade and has been in NE Roberts since Kindergarten. She has been a straight A student and scored a Level 5 on both FSA tests in 3rd grade. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids are car riders and currently go to this school. The school faculty that direct the vehicles through the line are absolutely the rudest. I have had some really pleasant interactions as well but mostly over the phone. The people in the office tend to have the same grouchy attitude as the people in the pick up/drop off line. There are exaggerated motions of me needing to move my vehicle while my children are actively boarding or leaving my vehicle. And they yell at us to move when I get one of my sons and the other is still on his way. Mrs. Carolyn is such a sweet heart and loves my Adrian (1 year old) since day 1, and I am so grateful for her. Also, Ms. Erika has been amazing with Anabella. Her patience and the way she handles Bella is perfect. Also, the teachings she gives her is awesome. She has learned so much.
