6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolute joke of a school. We moved to Seminole county for the "A+" school district and are so disappointed. My son gets bullied constantly with nothing done about it and they won't accommodate for IEP/504, they will just gaslight you about what they think your child does and doesnt need with unqualified people sitting in on the meeting.Parent Review4mo ago5 Reviews - Woodlands Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had a truly wonderful experience with Woodlands Elementary School in Longwood, and I am very grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our daughter and our family. From the beginning, the entire staff has been welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Every morning during drop-off and every afternoon at pick-up, staff members were kind, organized, and respectful. Those daily interactions may seem small, but they made a big difference in creating a warm and safe environment for both students and parents.Whenever we had questions, concerns, or special arrangements regarding who would pick up our child, the staff were always cooperative, understanding, and helpful. Their communication and willingness to work with families made us feel supported and confident that our child was in good hands. The school also does a wonderful job creating a positive community atmosphere. The events and activities organized by the school were enjoyable, thoughtful, and helped families feel connected. One thing that stood out to me was seeing the principal personally greeting students in the mornings. That personal touch says a lot about the school’s culture and the care they show toward the children.I would especially like to recognize Mr. Gaughan, our daughter’s kindergarten teacher, who is honestly one of the best teachers I have ever encountered. His teaching style, patience, knowledge, and genuine care for his students were truly exceptional. He had a remarkable ability to make learning engaging, exciting, and meaningful for young children. He didn’t just teach academic subjects; he helped students develop discipline, responsibility, confidence, curiosity, and respectful behavior. It was clear that he cared deeply about helping each child grow, learn, and succeed. As a parent, I could genuinely see how much effort, dedication, and passion he brought into his classroom every day.Watching my daughter’s growth, excitement for learning, and happiness about going to school was one of the most reassuring and rewarding experiences as a parent. We are incredibly thankful for everything Woodlands Elementary School and Mr. Gaughan done for our child.I highly recommend this school to families looking for a caring, supportive, and positive learning environmenParent Review2mo ago16 Reviews - Crystal Lake Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has the most unprofessional front office receptionist and administrators Ive ever experienced. They are extremely rude and unkind when it comes to family engagement. Being that this is the first impression of the school outside of appearance, you would think they would get their act together. Would not recommend. And they also try to make it hard for minorities to enter here as well all while having minorities working for them. Its ridiculous. 0/10Parent Review6mo ago24 Reviews - Kids Together

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent of both a middle school and a high school student at One School of the Arts & Sciences, I can say this school has completely exceeded our expectations. What first drew us in was the strong academics, but what has kept us here is the way the school develops the whole child. The teachers genuinely know and care about my children. They challenge them academically while also investing in who they are becoming. I've watched my kids grow in confidence, learn to think critically, take ownership of their learning, and develop a stronger faith. I wish I could've attended a school like this when I was young! One of the things I appreciate most is that One School isn't trying to fit every child into the same mold. Whether your child loves the arts, engineering, leadership, athletics, entrepreneurship, there are meaningful opportunities to discover and develop their unique gifts. The culture is something really special. Scholars are respectful, relationships matter, and there is a genuine sense of community between families, teachers, and administration. Communication is consistent, and it's clear that leadership is always looking for ways to improve and innovate rather than settling for what's always been done.As my children have moved into middle and high school, I've been impressed with the increasing level of academic rigor and the intentional preparation for college, careers, and life. No school is perfect, but if you're looking for a school that combines strong academics, Christian values, creativity, innovation, and a community that truly cares about your child, I highly recommend One School of the Arts & Sciences.Parent Review1mo ago4 Reviews - One School of The Arts

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you are weird in any capacity, don’t come here. If you aren’t in their picture perfect box of how one should act, you will be outcasted. the entirety of the school is insanely clique-based and if you aren’t a staff kid or teachers pet you will not get any recognition, appreciation, and support you deserve from most teachers but especially admin. Being at the school for five years taught me if you be yourself, you will get nowhere and you have to suck up to succeed. Half the teachers weren’t qualified to teach and the education is insanely behind. One example is i was never taught about D-Day until i explored it on my own at 18. while i believe this school is great for young kids, after middle school, kids are babied and not taught anything and put in a harmful environment where they don’t get the nurture, care, support, or education they deserve. Not to mention 75% of the kids in my graduating class went on to community college. Despite all the ramblings in this review, none of this review was exaggerated. Don’t go here!Other Review1mo ago26 Reviews - Ucp Seminole Child Development
