Read what parents are saying about Summit Ridge Middle SchoolThe kids are so disrespectful everyday that you can’t learn even if you want. The teachers/Paras treat us like we are cell mates at recess and lunch and in between periods. There is a rat infestation that all/most of the teachers/staff joke about.

Posted by a student on 5/16/2023this school is horrible, my kids were non stop bullied and beat. test score suck, food is uneatable and most of the school is not is a hell hole.
Posted by a parent on 2/5/2023SUMMIT THE BEST school Ive ever been to cause the staff and students are nice, and how they organize things makes it easy. The teachers have many teaching styles helping all different types of students and it deserves more credit for what it does. Waaaayyy better my other schools, ESPECIALLY BEAR CREEK K-8 which I cried everyday and was bullied. I got help on my first at Summit by Hawk Leaders and this is great. Summit is a IB School for a reason

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageStony Creek has been wonderful for us. We started here during the pandemic and had to hope it would be okay as we couldn’t visit in person at the time. As a neighborhood school there are some trade offs as far as extra curricular activities, but the ones they do have my kids enjoy very much- like choir and some of the groups. I wish they offered foreign language classes. But what it lacks in “extras” it makes up for by the closeness and caring of the staff and teachers. I feel like most everyone working there knows my kids by name, my kids never say they don’t want to go in the mornings and when I ask around enrollment time if they’d want to go anywhere else my kids give me a kind of horrified look that let’s me know they really love it at Stony Creek. We are lucky to have this school in our neighborhood.Parent Review1y ago - Shaffer Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school overall. As is likely in any school, there are a few bad apple teachers that you have to be cautious of. As other has mentioned, PTA is definitely cliquey so it is harder as a parent to fit in when you’re not part of the “in crowd.”Parent Review2mo ago - Ute Meadows Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery little help from the teachers. Bullying is not just in student levels but also from the principal and the admin people. Don't put your kids hereParent Review11mo ago - Westridge Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere were ups and downs in this school, but after I saw how this school dealt with bullying we decided to leave. My kiddo after that was afraid to talk about anything that happened in school "Please don't tell the principal anything!". That is not how I imagine the school administration should handle issues. A lot of great teachers I appreciate for support though, they have great attitudes towards academic success. Unfortunately, it's not enough for young kids.Other Review3mo ago - Montessori Peaks Charter Academy
