Stony Creek Elementary School

Stony Creek has been wonderful for us. We started here during the pandemic and had to hope it would be okay as we couldn’t visit in person at the time. As a neighborhood school there are some trade offs as far as extra curricular activities, but the ones they do have my kids enjoy very much- like choir and some of the groups. I wish they offered foreign language classes. But what it lacks in “extras” it makes up for by the closeness and caring of the staff and teachers. I feel like most everyone working there knows my kids by name, my kids never say they don’t want to go in the mornings and when I ask around enrollment time if they’d want to go anywhere else my kids give me a kind of horrified look that let’s me know they really love it at Stony Creek. We are lucky to have this school in our neighborhood.

We love this school! It has been a game changer for our daughter since we switched. She was having a terrible time at a neighboring school, once we moved to Stony Creek, we saw so much improvement in her attitude, grades, and social development. WE LOVE THIS SCHOOL!

Our intro to public school has been great at Stony Creek! We are more than grateful for Mrs. Richardson, our Kindergarten teacher. She is AMAZING. We could not be happier and appreciate the entire staff for their dedication to our kids. As parents we feel fortunate for the opportunity to make Stony Creek our home for the next 5 years. Thanks to all of you for being AWESOME!

We have nothing but good things to say about Stony Creek. Our son is learning so quickly and the entire staff has been great!

This is one of the best schools in the county. We open enrolled at Stony Creek because of its excellent staff, environment and dedication to education for all students.
