Read what parents are saying about Online High SchoolParents, please don’t enroll your child here. Most of the students at Denver Online are incapable of turning in their work on time if their lives depended on it (even in college courses). This becomes a problem because teachers require us to give each other feedback as part of our work, so I have to wait on my peers sometimes over a week past the deadline to complete assignments. The schoolwork itself is so ridiculously easy and barebones that it couldn’t possibly prepare anybody for college or real life. The academic standards are rock bottom. There is no such thing as accountability here. The teachers here are lenient with late work far beyond what is reasonable, because otherwise 80% of the students would flunk out. Most of the students couldn’t care less about their education. Participation and parental involvement are near non-existent. No one shows up to the in person events. The bottom line is that this is not a place for high achievers or anyone with a bright future. Denver Online is built for underprivileged inner-city students and no one else. Only attend if all your other options are worse.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI enjoyed having my daughter at Beach Court. The staff met all of her needs and challenged her academically to strive for more. Teachers were well prepared and responsive to my hopes and dreams for my daughter. Learning was personalized in order to bring excitement and fun to the classroom. Beach Court was the perfect fit for my daughter and our family.Parent Review4y ago - Bryant Webster K-8 School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are new to Garden Place this year and their Montessori system but could not be happier with our decision to enroll our son in the ECE program. We have found his teachers and school faculty in general to be very welcoming and involved with his learning process on a day-to-day basis, providing plenty of feedback and as much attention as he needs. I am confident that he would not have matured and prospered as much in his first year of formal schooling if he was in a different or traditional pre-school setting. I am encouraged that having Montessori in a public school will be a good balance of independent learning principles set to the standards and core expectations of traditional schooling. I love the diversity and urban setting of the community school with the city as a backdrop. We look forward to keeping our son enrolled there and hopefully have his younger sister there in a couple years as well.Parent Review1y ago - Valdez Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSandoval is a disaster. It makes me sad to think of all of the great families who left because of how poorly this school is run. It’s really too bad. I hope a new principal can turn things around.Parent Review2y ago - Trevista Ece-8 At Horace Mann

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur child has been at Trevista for almost two years now and we have been very pleased. The teachers are extremely hard-working. The school creates a nurturing environment and staff, teachers and administrators do a great job of differentiating education for students no matter what they're specific needs are. The dual language program is very impressive. I never imagined my child would learn Spanish so quickly.Parent Review4y ago - Guardian Angels
