Read what parents are saying about Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet High SchoolNever wanted to come to this school, I actually cried a lot the summer before ninth grade. However, I’m SO happy I went to bravo. Yes, the campus is just one building, and we did do pe in the park, but if you look past that, the school itself is great. Most teachers were amazing, and they actually care about you learning the material. The administrators are sweet too. and I’ll never forget all the friends I made there. The school offers so many programs and pathways, and just so many resources to help you. The college center especially does an exceptional job at preparing students for college (shoutout to Mrs. Montes). Bravo was worth it and it got me to ucla :).
Posted by a community member on 8/11/2022Worst schools ever I seen. Everything is bad here.
Posted by a community member on 5/8/2021I was very worried about High School for my child with ADD and possible mild autism who is also classified gifted and am really grateful to have found Bravo. I didn't apply at first because my child was not interested in the medical aspect but was told by a friend that they don't have to do medical electives if they don't want those classes. I can't imagine a better fit for my child. The kids here a really nice with few negative reports from my child who is very sensitive. I only found out later this school ranks above San Marino H.S. and is well ranked in the state and the nation. Bons! Improvements being made all the time. School is small, compact and a little difficult to access but seriously could almost not be happier with this choice.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent. I don't know why this site has it so low in grading when there's other schools that don't offer after school, programs, meals, classes for parents, and help for us parents with kids in special needs. Let's not forget counseling .Parent Review6y ago - Bridge Street Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who attends this school. The principal sends a weekly update every weekend via email to let me know what's coming up this week in addition to the daily text and monthly calendar is that sent home. I appreciate that she understands how hectic our lives are and supports us in staying connected to the school. My kids are happy and love their friends and teachers. There are a lot of activities both during school and afterschool for community building. They hold themselves to very high standards, which I appreciate as a parent. Lastly, I've attended a couple of the parent workshops over the years and appreciate the relevancy for me to apply what's being taught. Because I work full time, I can't go in person but I like the zoom option.Parent Review8mo ago
