The MAC community became a second home for my daughter right from the start. Over the past three-plus years, we have watched her grow from a curious toddler into a confident, joyful, and capable child ready to take on the next chapter. Every day was filled with learning, kindness, patience, and encouragement, and those moments shaped who she is becoming.We are deeply thankful for the opportunity she had to learn, explore, make friends, and feel truly seen and valued. Being part of this community during such important early years has meant more to our family than words can express. These years will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we carry forward immense gratitude for the love, guidance, and foundation you gave our child.Thank you for being such an important part of her journey.

I love Casa however, this honest review is for the sake of the current or new parents & kids for Primary programs only. - Always have both Parent's & Teacher's meeting together in person or emails, do not just talk to teachers after school by yourself or drop off & pick up line. Keep in mind that there is only 1 assigned main teacher for your kid, not three teachers. In order to get any other Teacher's feedback or prospective, you will need to request a meeting all together in person including the Primary Director. Otherwise, you can only talk to one main teacher for 3 years. - If you see or hear your child is frustrated at school for any reason, request a Teacher and Parent's meeting asap. You can also request multiple class observation(s) for yourself & your spouse for a specific class sessions or recess observations 30 min each. Talk to your kid and see how your kid might be struggling to ask for help or help them describe how they feel. Listen to your child and try to address any behavior concerns asap, not weeks later.- If you happen to get all good feedbacks on the conference reports twice year, make sure you arrange many playdates for your kid outside the school. This way you can see how your kid interact with the peers socially. Talk to other Parents and see how other kids are doing at school. Do not just rely on the conference reports. If you see any behavior concerns, let the teachers know so they can also pay closer look especially during the recess time. - You can see the academic curriculum progress report on the Transparent conference reports from the Kindergarten year only. There is absolutely nothing for the first 2 Primary years progress, unless you request them from the teachers. Do not just take Teacher's word for it and follow up to see what was done, things your child is good at or not good at see if there is anything you can do to help. - Finally, feel free to give Parent's feedback to Primary Director and Head of the school assistant or Head of the school. Especially if you're having any communication issues with the teachers. They will at least try to help communicate better for the sake of your child. I hope this review is helpful where Casa can improve the lake of communication issues in Primary program in the future. Hopefully we can have better experience soon and I will follow up with the review within the next 3 months.

We have been very happy with St. Lucy School. The teachers, faculty, and administration are caring and supportive, and they truly want the best for their students. The parent volunteers are amazing and make a big difference in the school experience. St. Lucy has a wonderful sense of community, and the involvement of families and staff makes it a very special place.

Our family has such a wonderful experience with this school, and we feel very grateful to be part of this community. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed, supported, and cared for.The teachers are exceptional, very kind, patient, and genuinely invested in every child’s happiness and success. They create a nurturing environment where children feel confident, encouraged, and excited to learn each day.The students are friendly and respectful, which creates a super warm and positive atmosphere. It is a place where children can grow not only academically, but also socially and emotionally.A heartfelt thank you to the principal for the incredible leadership, care, and dedication. The warmth, presence, and commitment shown to the students and families make this school truly special.We feel so lucky to have our children at this amazing school and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a loving and inspiring place for their children. We moved our kids from other school to Canyon Heights Academy and we're so happy that we made a right choice. Canyon Heights Academy provides relationship between teachers and students and the families that helps the process of education and builds the foundation for the students. At Canyon Heights Academy, we see the school provides the highest quality education for our kids in a loving, supportive, and safe environment.

Old Orchard’s good reputation comes from many long time teachers and administrators who have since left the school. Over the past five years, there has been a high level of teacher turnover, and the school was just sold to a new owner. Some new teacher hires have been good, but a significant percentage have been inexperienced, and they have not received the training or guidance they needed to succeed. Students have been harmed as a result. Implementation of curriculum, student discipline, and the way the administration interacts with families is inconsistent and needs a lot of improvement. Many families have left. This year saw nearly half of the fifth grade class leaving at the end of the year. The school is also currently being sued by a family whose child with a disability was expelled last year, one month before the school year ended. At this time, I would not gamble with my child’s education or happiness by sending them to Old Orchard.

Little Tree Montessori in Campbell is a fantastic find. The dedicated teachers, with consistent English and Chinese instructors in each classroom, create a supportive environment for both children and parents. Even the youngest students (starting at 18 months) learn foundational skills like sharing and social interaction, alongside early literacy and numeracy. The school also emphasizes performance, which builds valuable public speaking skills. We were impressed by how well the preschoolers thrive with the Montessori approach. The optional daily hot lunch, featuring both Chinese and American options, is a convenient bonus for busy families. Compared to other local programs, Little Tree offers excellent value. Both of my sons have thoroughly enjoyed their time at the school, benefiting from the curriculum and the caring teachers.
