Posted by a teacher on 12/9/2015All of the teachers , principle , workers are great and very interested in my daughter. The special education teachers come in to help from the city of Birmingham even though this is a private school. The care is good , and my daughter has come out due to the individual help from teachers. She has become more independant and responsible. I hate to leave next year but the school got accredidation and is moving foward. If you don't visit you will be very sorry. The registration is now. A caring Mom, Julie Miles.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall we've had a good experience with this school. The teachers are amazing and there are a lot of opportunities for community building here. The main issue is that some of the parents need to parent their children better. Also there is a huge learning disparity across the board in the classroom ... I know this comes from ESL and children not being read to, etc ... so the challenge is always laid upon the teacher to teach to those who are so far behind while also trying to keep the higher achievers busy so they don't become bored and/or not learning what they need to learn.Parent Review4y ago - Barrett Elementary School

I am now on the path to become a doctor and it all started at this great institution from preK- 5th grade.
