Bad. I attended my child’s school a lot and I don’t like what I see.
Posted by a parent on 4/7/2019The staff and faculty are really concern about these kids, the way a school should be. The building has been there since about 1921 need some updates especially the heating and air system. Still using the old boiler system. GO BARRETT.
Posted by a community member on 2/5/2011This school is wonderful. The teachers are awesome. The teachers take time to work with the students so that they will pass to the next grade. Very few students fail.

We, at Barrett, strive for excellence. The school is a positive environment for children to come and enjoy themselves as they learn lifelong lessons. We have a great faculty, staff and principal who all work together to provide the best care and education in our area.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall we've had a good experience with this school. The teachers are amazing and there are a lot of opportunities for community building here. The main issue is that some of the parents need to parent their children better. Also there is a huge learning disparity across the board in the classroom ... I know this comes from ESL and children not being read to, etc ... so the challenge is always laid upon the teacher to teach to those who are so far behind while also trying to keep the higher achievers busy so they don't become bored and/or not learning what they need to learn.Parent Review6y ago - Oliver K5 School
