5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy chid has endured mental anguish at the hands of not one, but two teachers at this school. When I've tried to raise the issue, I am told to work it out directly with the teacher. One teacher in particular often keeps the children in from recess as a punishment for unfinished work or for not conforming to responsibilities of the classroom. These are children of a certain technological age who have a much shorter attention span and are consuming information at a greater speed than other generations. Some grace, patience and empowerment goes a long way with them. Punishment by taking away a brain break does not help them do better.Parent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 2526 SW 106th Street.

What Locals Say about Seattle

"Decent selection of restaurants and entertainment. Centrally located to other Seattle neighborhoods, although being so close to the arena and relying on Mercer St to get to I5 means most weekends you just end up staying home rather than deal with traffic. "

"Moved to this area not too long ago, there’s not a lot of light at night, but streets are pretty walkable, also neighbors are friendly. I do see some homeless from time to time."
