7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCannot enough say great things about this school. My son has learning disabilities and even during COVID the teachers went above and beyond to make sure he was understanding the curriculum. Hours and hours of time were spent with him to keep him going to make sure he was not behind. The teachers, principal, special education teachers, and counselors all worked great together to accommodate him. They worked proactively to get him any and all support he needed when transitioning to middle school. Having had him at several elementary schools- not one compares to how they helped him.Parent Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 4223 Highview St.

What Locals Say about Richland
- Aly Wilder
- Resident

"It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "

"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."

"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
