5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLast year was my daughter's 7th grade year. As a slightly overprotective parent working hard to let my child grow into an independent young lady, I could not have been more impressed with the faculty, administration, curriculum and extracurricular activities at North Shore Middle School. The principals were all very visible and the teachers emailed when there were questions, concerns, or just to relay information. The front office and attendance clerk were also friendly and helpful. Academics, especially Reading and Science, were always the focus. The extracurricular opportunities were so broadbased. I could go on and on. In short, I was extremely impressed with NSMS and look forward to my daughters 8th grade year!Parent Review12y ago - Sam Houston Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMain Principle has no control over her AP. They really need to get rid of her. Walks around with a military mouth with Elementary kids, is very rude.Parent Review6y ago - Check out schools near 14500 Corpus Christi St #A.

"Great school district however not such a safe neighborhood. You see many homeless among drug users on the streets. I’ve lived here since 4th grade so about 18 years now. Love the location due to the shopping plazas & it’s out of city limits but not ideal if you’re looking for a positive friendly neighborhood."
