"There is no gated dog park. Some People let their dogs off leash in Dexter park, but that’s strictly against the rules and I’ve seen plenty of unruly, borderline aggressive dogs in the park that way."

"Okay neighborhood. Lots of rats, loud music often and there is dog poop and trash everywhere. It’s gentrifying and there are cute shops and activities, but car break ins are still an issue and it’s not always the most peaceful place to live. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and absolutely adore it! Places like Sin, Julian's, and the Grange are just a hop, skip, and a jump away, and neighbors are friendly and consistent. The neighborhood is experiencing intense gentrification, but pockets of diversity remain. Love Dexter Park and the friendly families."
