Complete and ready to tour! Custom designed luxury new construction home now available for purchase. The Developer has hand-selected every finish and thoughtfully designed the home to maximize a spacious and open layout on every floor by having the staircase positioned along the front wall of the home. The floating steel support stair case positioned along the front wall to the third floor is a design feature you will not find in any other build in the neighborhood. Besides being a jaw-dropping design feature, having the staircase run along the front wall has an additional benefit allowing natural light to flood the home from the top floor to the basement. This 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom home features a fully finished basement with a bedroom and full bathroom - as well as a full roof deck. This home includes a full floor primary suite on the second floor with a spa-style bathroom featuring a double vanity, and shower/soaking tub room. This primary bathroom is a must see! This level of thoughtful design and upgraded finishes is a rarity in Brewerytown. The property has dual zoned HVAC. The property sits just steps from the Girard Ave Commercial Corridor with many local haunts within walking distance. This is a carefully considered build that offers the new owner a unique and spacious layout with unique and modern upgrades. *All square footage numbers are approximate and include above and below grade square footage. 2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love my school. It's extremely supportive and our principle is the best in Philadelphia. He has really turned our school around. Compared to our surrounding schools, I believe our school stands out. We have excellent programs that keeps student busy and off the streets. Our test scores are truly rising. Our teachers really care about our education. They put their all into them lesson plans. Most people would look at our school and see it for what it use to be not what it's become. In my opinion, my school is the best. It's extremely diverse in several ways. Come visit us :)!!!!Student Review13y ago - Morris Robert School
