"You can walk anywhere, request an Uber or Lyft and be picked up almost instantly, and/or you can take 1 of many forms of Septa transportation—there are tons of bus stops, and the Spring Garden station and Fairmount station on the Broad Street Line are just a few blocks away!"

"It’s not really a lot of places to walk your dog. And as far as the neighborhood it’s a lot of drug trafficking and shooting."

"Neighborhood is growing and very family friendly. Kids play outside and ride their bikes around. Many kid-friendly restaurants nearby and there is a park with tennis courts, playground and basketball hoops. Philly pool a few blocks away."

"Diverse. Up and coming. Many empty lots with new builds going in. Close to Chinatown, center City, and northern liberties. Lots of great music venues in the area."
