"Due to construction, our neighborhood can be difficult to enter and exit at certain times of the day. Exits to our neighborhood have also been closed periodically. Many streets here are brick and uneven so you have to drive slow and cautiously. "

"Schiller Park is close by. There are always groups of dogs playing together. The lot sizes for are good compared to neighboring communities and most homes have a yard. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and pet owners clean up after their pets. "

"This neighborhood is in between the ritzy German Village and low rent Southern Orchards. Its’ inhabitants are friendly. Foot traffic to and from Schiller Park includes residents from all surrounding neighborhoods. Our house was broken into once in the 3 years we lived here. Nice enough area but still city living. "

"We moved here a few years ago and love Merion Village - it's a lovely walking area with several parks, a wide range of restaurants, and it's gorgeous to sit on the front porch during the summer! It's easy to take the bus downtown to go to events. "
