Welcome to 102 Pine Street. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sits a quiet, safe, and conveniently located neighborhood directly off of Route 5 in Lackawanna. It has been completely renovated, featuring a brand new updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, new floors, new light fixtures, fresh paint inside and out, and plenty more. It has a fenced in yard for your furry friends to run around in, a beautiful backyard with a storage shed, shaded canopy on your own private deck, as well as a nice sized yard. The house has a paved driveway to park in, as well as on-street parking. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement. This house has everything you need to live comfortably.

The rent is $1,400 per month. The renter is responsible for gas and electric. A $1,400 security deposit and first month's rent will be due at signing. The security deposit will be held in a designated account that will hold the money until it is time for it to be returned to you. There is no pet fee, however there is a limit of 2 dogs. Each additional dog will require a one-time pet deposit of $250. More detailed information on the pet policy can be found in the lease contract. There is no fee to use the laundry units.

Minimum Qualification Standards: Your application will be denied if you do not meet the below standards for qualification. The below standards are the only factors considered when reviewing a renter's application.
Applicant's total monthly household income must be a minimum 3.0 x monthly rent ($4200.) Each adult (18 years or older) living in the property must make at least 2.5 x monthly rent per month ($3500). Income must be properly documented and clearly show the date received, rate of pay, number of hours worked, and total pay for the pay period. Income that is not properly documented will not be counted.
Applicants must have prior rental experience documented with the name and phone number of the landlord.
Applicants must not have evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords.
Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600
A background and credit check will be run on all applicants.
Occupancy is limited to 5 people (2 people per bedroom)
All applicants must submit a complete application. Missing documents will not be counted and result in an incomplete application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
