"There’s a lot of grass around for dogs. Not a crowded area, so it doesn’t feel like you have to always stop for everyone who’s walking slower. Or you won’t feel the need to rush because of a crowd "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 15 yrs. Some of our neighbors we knew for yrs have either moved or passed away. Those that are still around are a little disappointed at the changes in our neighborhood. Mainly, new move ins can be loud and rude. No parking etiquette and some have ghetto attitudes. Besides all that, the neighborhood is descent, quiet enough and the neighbors that have been here for years are kind and helpful. "
