I was a student here who graduated in 2021. I am Asian and from a mid-upper middle class family, so I’ll let that information about what privileges I have speak for itself. I feel that EBHS was an excellent school with many resources and opportunities that enable me to do my best and achieve my best. I never had much of a problem with any teacher or any class. I was pushed and challenged in a healthy way that definitely enabled me to succeed. 10/10 on college readiness—great grades mean great scholarships.

The teachers are rude and lazy they do not care in the slightest and will yell at your child for not understanding the concepts some do not teach at all rather handing the child a textbook and telling them to teach themselves would not reccomend.

5th grade was the best year of my life. Here the teachers are really helpful and kind, and so are the principal (Dr.Gaskell) and the security guards at the front. The teachers are also really caring and funny, they will help you whenever you need help, and will always find a new way to entertain us while teaching us new information we need to learn. The school also helps people when they are in need. For example, when a kid is sad, or angry. The counselors will always come and help us. Another thing is that if a student has a disability, there will always be a few classes for special needs students with teachers who actually have proper training to work with those kids. This school is also really safe with security guards walking around every 5-10 minutes to check the entire school's hallways, and all of the guards are either retired police officers or retired army soldiers. Last of all, the school offers parent visits so parents can come see their child's learning progress and tour the school! Overall, I think this school is amazing and I will definetly be coming here as a teacher when i am older and have the proper training.

If I could give Lawrence Brook Elementary School a 10, I would. This school, the teachers, staff, principal, and security were a pleasure to deal with. Our daughter had an amazing educational and SEL experience here. Her teachers were so caring and gentle with her. Principal Dunn was AMAZING!!! We were saddened when the school went from K-5 to K-4 because we were looking forward to her spending her 5th-grade year here. We love how diverse the school community was. Our favorite was when the school had an international night before COVID-19. We will always have great memories of the school.

The district is going downhill. It boast its "blue ribbon" status but the only reason academic scores are high is because the wealthy professionals are able to hire their kids tutors. The students who cannot afford tutors are left behind as there are no after school tutoring clubs. The teachers here are rude and lazy, do not attend this district unless you can afford your child a tutor
