Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from September 14, 2021
Get ready to fall in love with this gorgeous immaculately maintained end unit Townhome(former model home) in the very desirable community of Eagle Park located in Belmont, NC within walking distance to all that the downtown scene has to offer. The space that this home offers challenges many of the single family homes in this community but without the burden of the yard and exterior maintenance. When I asked the sellers why they fell in love with the home here are a few things that came to mind; they love the carved wood floors, the open loft and office nook, the natural light that pours in from every angle, the oversized second bathroom and tub, the three large bedrooms, the attic storage and closet space, and finally the privacy of the enclosed patio.
If that wasn't enough Eagle Park is the place to be. Elementary school within walking distance, set up a lemonade stand, or play tag in the common area. Finally if you haven't experienced the holiday spirit of EP you are in for a treat

"People are always out walking they’re dogs. Most houses have fenced yards, so we’ve also gotten to know lots of neighbor dogs when we pass them in their yards. There are also several “pick up” stations with poop bags and trash cans."

"This is a wonderful "bedroom" community where there are always people walking, biking and jogging on the sidewalks. Historic downtown is alive with a variety of restaurants and shops. Very pet friendly, dog watering bowls along the sidewalks, a vet and dog boutique. Stowe Park has a very nice playground, walking trails, picnic tables, a wired pavillion, free summertime movies, restrooms & water fountains. There are many areas for throwing a football and enjoying family picnics. A wide variety of cafes and restaurants offer many choices for satisfying every craving. COME VISIT BELMONT!!!!!!!!"

"These homes are gorgeous and you can't beat the location! This specific owner doesn't allow pets which was the ONLY reason we couldn't make it our home. Would be great for a young couple such as ourselves who want to be close to uptown, but still have a friendly neighborhood feel. "
