One bedroom is a walk-through, the second bedroom is the last room in the condo with access to the back patio and shared courtyard. We are one block from the Canal St and Carrollton Ave Street Car lines. 1 mile walk/jog or bike to gorgeous City Park. Several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Very open floor plan for a shotgun with 11 foot ceilings! Great kitchen and shared courtyard for entertaining. Washer and dryer in unit. Utilities not included.
Yard maintenance is included. Pets allowed with the caveat that the shared backyard is not meant for leaving out pets. Dogs must be accompanied by their owners and any messes must be cleaned up immediately. This way the other owners don t step in anything undesirable.
