2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAttending this high school was one of the most traumatic experiences of my entire life. The students are completely ruthless, and the staff does not support the students in any way. Students are typically discouraged by teachers, and are told “you will never amount to anything”. Bullying is a huge issue here, and no one seems to care whatsoever. If someone doesn’t fit in with the stereotypical conservative, religious, country mindset, they won’t make it within this community. Stay far away from SCHS and Shelbyville as a whole.Other Review1y ago - Shelby County East Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe had a horrible experience there. The administration were rude and dangerously ignorant about my child's disabilities. The teachers were not much better. Whenever my child was too difficult for them they would allow him to nap the ENTIRE school day! Not once or twice, but a lot! My fell behind at this school. At his new school he has almost caught up with his peers and is flourishing at his new school. The staff and the administration is like night and day. What a difference in switching schools!Parent Review7y ago - Check out schools near 108 Twin Springs Ct.

"Nice downtown space for walking (if you live close to it) with shops and cafes. Terrible stand-still traffic every day noon-6ish due to bad infrastructure design and being close to Louisville. Not a bad place though"
