"Simpsonville is fast becoming another okolona or Dixie Highway and should be considered a last ditch option when looking for homes. Overpriced, too far from anything meaningful, and extremely strange place. "

"This neighborhood is one of a kind. It is overflowing with children and young families. Halloween is by far the best here! The town in general is festive and close. "

"There are wonderful parks through out the area, easy access to the interstate. Public Schools are excellent and encourage parents to be involved. There are also Private Schools close by. New Outlet Mall and New Business within 1 mile!"
