When a parent calls to complain, the staff argues with the parents in an attempt to dispute and invalidate the complaint. The administration so far has been pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. The school grounds and inside the school are clean and not at all what I honestly expected from DC public schools. I was beyond impressed. I did an internet search of the teachers and administrators.
