This house has been immaculately maintained and has so many distinctive features, you just have to come check it out. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors create a spacious and grand feel. All the upgraded plantation shutters throughout the home allow for tons of natural light but provide a polished and clean finish with added privacy. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a double oven and induction range. It's complete with a walk-in pantry, bar seating and a dining space. The kitchen flows into a very inviting family room that is perfect for entertaining or curling up to watch your favorite movie. The office is to the right as you walk through the front door. It is very private, quiet and bright, perfect for a home office. The Owner's Retreat comes with his and her's walk-in closets and a five piece master bath with a glass shower enclosure. You also get 3 large secondary bedrooms upstairs. A super sweet feature is the laundry chute in the upstairs hallway that sends the laundry straight to the laundry room below. The basement is finished and provides a huge game room/family room plus 2 additional oversized bedrooms and a full bath. This basement is decked out with a built in hockey rink and a ninja warrior style climbing apparatus. As if that weren't cool enough, the backyard has a built in batting cage for anyone who is looking to get in those extra swings and have an edge behind the plate. The 3 car garage is the size of a 4 car and definitely something you won't want to miss, 30' deep, heated, insulated and drywalled. This space is perfect for a shop with plenty of room to store bikes or large toys. The Legacy Ridge community is a golf course community with a community pool and tennis courts. There is so much to love about this home and community, lots more to discover!!!

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI thank god all the teachers at this school because some of the teachers and staff and Northglenn high school are super super nice and super helpful. Yesterday some students from Northglenn High school punched me but thank god there was a teacher that works at Northglenn High school by the red light by where these kids started punching me and than god she stopped and asked if I was ok and she also gave me a ride and she walked me to student relations where also these staff members are supper nice and helpful. I thank these staff members and teachers that helped me out in that terrifying day of my life.Student Review2y ago - Cotton Creek Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child is in the significant support needs (special education) program and attends their regular classroom with support. I have been very happy with CCE for the amazing support our child has received in the SSN program. My child has made more progress than I ever expected them to make. They are reading, which I never thought I would see in my lifetime. The kindness and warmth of all staff toward our child has been wonderful. People know my child by name and make them feel like a part of the CCE community. I will be very sad when my child has to move to middle school and leave such a welcoming and supportive environment. I wish the outside world could be as welcoming as this school has been to our child. Thank you.Parent Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 10874 Irving Court.

What Locals Say about Westminster

"I live in a quiet neighborhood where everyone is your family and treats you as such once they get to know you. Just make sure not to knock on there door everyday for sugar and not offer them any sugar back when you have some. The lady that lives across from me, she bakes some great Christmas goodies, the old man was helping my neighbor clean up our yard and saw me twitching in my sleep. Made sure I was ok. We’re about to move and I’m going to miss my neighbors dearly. "

"I have lived in Westminster for 18 years out of my 22. I’ve always referred to the city as “sleep suburbia”. Families and the retired. In the past, very odd occurrences happened what seemed all of the time (the late Jessica Ridgeway & Vince Nett, SLHS in general) but in recent years, the city is really thriving and has come a long way. "I absolutely love the Stratford Lakes area. The neighbors are so friendly and outgoing, and the area is gorgeous and well kept. Also, as a single female, I was very comfortable walking in the neighborhood and in College Open Space at night. (Just watch out for coyotes if you're walking with a dog. They'll follow you but can easily be scared away with yelling, clapping, and jingling your keys.)"

"I have lived in this neighborhood fir 5 treats and have enjoyed its convenience if location. I am moving to a private residence - so tired of the spat complexes INLY because there are a few who take no pride in living in apts as their home,ie, throw cups and other trash in the parking lots or shrubs, don’t clean the after their dogs, talk loudly on phones on their patio with no respect for others living close by, etc. I have also had some great apt. neighbors here ."
