Posted by a parent on 2/11/2023Our daughter was bullied for years. We could not figure out why she was shutting down. Counselor and admin covered up all of her reports, saying they were not mandatory reporters like teachers (but they are). After she got so depressed we had her start to see a private therapist and discovered everything. I have so many emails of teachers, counselors and administration lying about my daughter and what she told them, all of them contradicting each other. They refuse to help kids, and keep kids safe. There are a few good teachers, but this is a tough time for kids, they need to feel safe, heard and supported. Kids should never have constantly ask for help from “trusted adults” for years and be ignored. This is never happen.
Posted by a parent on 9/19/2022Really excellent staff. My kids have a great time with all the activities and events they offer. The school did a great job accommodating and providing support during COIVD 19 lockdowns.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is incredible. I slid by not being very involved because my older kid gets by with no trouble. Second kid, had a lot of challenges. At the beginning of the school year I have watched my son go from kindergarten reading level to 4th grade in one year. Ive seen them escort kids back to safety, approach vehicles lurking around the school. So many things that have really just changed our lives for the better. I see how involved the staff is in the kids life and im super proud to say my children went to centennial. I hope the middle and highschool can match this level if amazing!!! Thank you for everything!Parent Review9mo ago - Malley Drive Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school changed so much with the new principal. It use to be very family oriented now it’s like a prison, kids can’t run, talk to each other, move from their lines or even say, hi! to their own siblings. I witnessed it multiple times and My daughter requested to change her from school, she said she was very unhappy because they treat them like they are in jail. This year she’s in a new school and she’s is very happy. I wasn’t the only parent that seen it and witnessed it. Multiple complaints were taken to the top. I wished… the last principle never left the school, Mrs. Craver is one of the best principals. She made you feels welcoming, and was always attentive to all the students.Parent Review8mo ago - Hunters Glen Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe came to this school reluctantly since our journey within public schooling left A LOT to be desired. A new program opened up on this campus and the district thought it would be a good fit. We started the school year very hesitantly but finished the year with a renewed sense of faith in public schools. The sense of community among the staff, kids, and families is immense. The teachers truly enjoy their jobs and it reflects in the attitudes of the kiddos, including mine. The social-emotional education that they are receiving is inclusive and amazing. The special education department is top-notch. The team actively seeks to work with families in making sure that kiddos have the right support in place to be successful. It doesn't feel like a huge fight every IEP meeting and that is a breath of fresh air. We just love it here.Parent Review9mo ago - Arapahoe Ridge Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has been a student here for 2 years and has enjoyed their experience so far. The teachers spend time helping students and foster their creativity. The administration and PTO really cares about the student community and their families.Parent Review1mo ago - Flatiron's Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere is no perfect school, but I work in a profession that requires me to visit schools across the Denver area, and I am so thankful for where my daughter is, at Flatirons. She’s pushed, but also supported. We’ve had lots of good conversations with teachers and her friend group has been wonderful.Parent Review5mo ago - Stem School
