Centennial Elementary School

I’ve had two students attend Mountain View Elementary K-5. The staff and admin have been amazing, supportive, engaging and so much more. With it being the community feeder school for the deaf and hard and hearing the school is inclusive and students have the opportunity to learn American Sign Language. The school has a fantastic community. Highly recommend MVE!

My child is a student at Arapahoe Ridge and has been going there for about three years. My child has enjoyed their teachers and as a parent, this means a lot!

We recently moved to Colorado and couldn’t be happier with Birch. It has a wonderful and engaged principal . Teachers really care about their students and live in the community. Parents are involved and engaged. It’s a school where most kids walk or bike daily. My 1st and 3rd grader have really thrived here

Aspen Creek was kind of a train wreck for me in the 2025-26 school year. I have autism, and several teachers didn't care about my IEP, and did nothing to help (I won't name them). Some of the teachers were decent, and some were wonderful, but 2 of my favorites did leave, so I'm worried that the best don't last very long here Actually, some teachers were open about their religion, which I didn't think was appropriate for a school environment (One even talked about Charlie Kirk and how he was a good guy, which I disagree with). Aspen Creek was also more focused on punishing me instead of supporting me, and didn't include my parents very much. I hope this year goes better, and I'm happy that some of the old grumpies got replaced (although there are still a lot).

As a parent who has had children at The Academy for many years, I can truly say we’ve had a wonderful experience with this school. I have one child who has already graduated from The Academy, and my daughter is currently a junior who has been here since kindergarten. That means our family has experienced nearly every stage of The Academy, from the elementary years all the way through high school and graduation. What I’ve appreciated most is the sense of community and the relationships my children have built with their teachers, coaches, staff, and classmates over the years. When your child starts somewhere in kindergarten and is still there as a junior, the school becomes such a big part of their childhood and your family’s life.Like any school, there have been changes and occasional challenges over the years, but overall, I have always felt that the staff genuinely care about the students and want to see them succeed. I’ve watched one of my children successfully graduate, and now I get to watch my daughter experience her junior year surrounded by many of the people she has grown up with.I’m incredibly grateful for the education, friendships, memories, and opportunities The Academy has given my children. Having trusted the same school with my kids from kindergarten through graduation says a lot, and I would absolutely recommend The Academy to families looking for a school where their child can learn, grow, and become part of a community.
