3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThese people here especially the actual teachers care nothing at all for the students well being and academic progress. I don't know if it's them being underpaid or what. It's really bad though. You have to have coffee, brunch, lunch, and dinner with them as well as call the school and email all year long for them to do their jobs. It's really bad. If my child didn't have a smart family, my child would be messed up. Encina does not care. Don't waste your time. They've known my kid for years (a well behaved kid they say) and they don't care to intervene when something seems off. They pretend it doesn't exist. Knowing them for years means nothing. They won't care about the kids. Ever. I hate we got stuck here. If you don't have time to be on their cases each day, don't enroll. The portal doesn't work, nor is it regularly updated so they make being an active parent pretty tough. Good luck people.Parent Review3y ago - Howe Avenue Elementary School
