These people here especially the actual teachers care nothing at all for the students well being and academic progress. I don't know if it's them being underpaid or what. It's really bad though. You have to have coffee, brunch, lunch, and dinner with them as well as call the school and email all yea

To begin with good education starts at home with the parents of the child the teachers are there to complete the package. In my opinion Encina does everything to complete the package but its important to prepare

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt starts from the top and the principal is horrible. She was actually fired and is leaving at the end of this year. Hopefully this will be the start of a better future for SI. Most teachers are not credentialed and class sizes are approaching 40 students per grade. There is a huge bullying issue that is never dealt with. They love to talk about their values, but don’t actually enforce them.
