    "We have been living here for over 20 years. Easy to walk to all types of stores. The bus stop is 2 minutes away on either Pico or Olympic. The only noise during the day when kids have a break at school. During the night this neighborhood is very quiet. Traffic is normal neighborhood traffic. It is ideal for families. We have the most secluded big backyard. Total privacy. It is a save neighborhood."
