Our family had the most amazing two years at New World Montessori! From day one, we felt welcomed into a nurturing, positive community, and our child absolutely thrived in the environment. The preschool is set up perfectly to encourage independence and curiosity, and our child loved every minute of it.The teachers here are nothing short of fantastic. They're not just experts in the Montessori method, but also incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to each child's needs. They took the time to really understand our child's strengths and helped them grow both academically and socially in ways that exceeded our expectations.We really appreciated the variety of extracurricular offerings, too! From learning a second language to participating in sports and swimming, the environment was incredibly enriching. Since these activities took place during the school day, our child still had plenty of time to rest and relax at home.After two years at NWMS our family had to move to a different state, and while we were sad to leave, we couldn't be more grateful for the foundation this preschool provided. Our child started their new school completely prepared and confident, ready to take on new challenges without missing a beat. The Montessori method truly fostered a love for learning, and the skills they developed -- problem-solving, independence, and collaboration -- have made the transition to a new school so much easier.Socially, our child has flourished, too. Thanks to the mixed-age classrooms and the focus on community, they learned how to work well with others and gained real confidence in their abilities. It's clear that the strong interpersonal skills and sense of empathy they developed at NWMS have carried over to their new school.We can't say enough good things about our experience. It's been a huge part of our child's early growth and success, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a loving and enriching preschool environment.

The Willows has been such a joy to be a part of. It’s a school that’s embraced our two very different kids, and helped them learn, try new things, gain confidence, work collaboratively and really understand their emotions as well as embrace the tools needed to navigate those emotions. We hoped that Willows would be a nurturing place, and it is. We hoped our kids would stay curious and engaged. And they have. We’ve made great friendships as well. It’s a community that our whole family feels connected to. It’s been 4 years at the school, and we’re excited to see our kids continue to grow there.

This school is a giant mess. Academic rigor is surprisingly low: students receive high grades despite mediocre performance, which creates a misleading sense of achievement.Teacher quality and consistency are big concerns, with frequent turnover and uneven instruction. That lack of stability shows in the classroom experience. Even more troubling are bullying issues that don’t seem to be addressed effectively.The administration is disorganized with weak leadership, with decisions that are inconsistent or poorly communicated. Overall, this school falls well short where it matters most: academics, stability, and student well-being.Zero stars. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this school if you have a child with allergies. THERE IS NO NURSE AT THIS SCHOOL!They claim safety is paramount. Meanwhile, the head of school rakes in close to half a million dollars a year in salary (as evidenced via public tax records). But they can’t offer a $70,000 salary to a nurse to keep your child safe?This head of school stripped me of a warranted salary (that I now receive), and is compromising child safety to fulfill her own selfish greed. Do you want your kid with medical concerns to come to a facility where the maximum safety protocol is first aid training for staff? Or have a medical professional who has experience in emergencies to care for them?Hm….

Play Mountain has been a godsend for our family. My wife and I can attest that the teachers, many of whom have worked at the school for decades, are extraordinarily skilled and supportive. They are literally Jedi Knights of the highest order, and the school fosters many opportunities for parents to learn and grow together in community.
