- Fresh paint. Meticulous, cover-the-outlets, tape-the-trim, multi-coat, high quality paint painting.
- New countertops, sink, dishwasher, fridge, bathroom sink, washer/dryer.
- Washer and dryer in unit. No more searching for quarters or waiting. Waiting sucks! Some things you just don't want to share.
- Bright, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
- Quiet. This building was constructed with extra, sound-deadening space between the units.
- Private deck off dining area. Invisible to the other units.
- Heated storage.
- Smoothed driveway and parking areas.
- Clean. So white-glove clean. You know how landlords get all obsessive compulsive and clean cabinet drawers, closet shelves, floor trim, window tracks, and the tops of door frames before tenants move in? Yeah RIGHT. We take pride in our penchant for cleanliness and you can feel good about moving your stuff right in. Your spring cleaning is DONE.

"We have lived in this area for 13 years. I could not think of a better place to raise children. The neighborhood is quiet and the bus stop can be seen from the front door. Neighbors take pride in thier properties. And wildlife have been known to roam through from time to time. We are still within the city limits but the feeling one gets is a laid back life style. Over all terrific place to be."
